About the Founder

Valerie Cesar- eSearch Hawaii

At eSearch Hawaii, we possess the experience, knowledge and skills required in recruiting for various industries and positions within the state.

Valarie Cesar, Principal and Owner of eSearch Hawaii, brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources, including talent acquisition, staffing and employee relations. She managed an international staffing office here in Hawaii for 17 years before founding eSearch Hawaii. Valarie possesses a solid understanding of Hawaii’s unique corporate culture and operations.

Valarie received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from the University of Hawaii. Valarie is a member of several professional organizations such as Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Social Media Club of Honolulu. She is also a member of Mid Pacific Country Club. Valarie sits on the Advisory Board of Leeward Community College, volunteers at the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation’s Holiday Tech Job Fair and Waipahu High School’s Mock Interview program.
