Senior Business Solutions Analyst
Location: Honolulu
This role will serve as a strategic partner and lead advisor to business units for user-facing business applications. This role not only bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring application decisions expand business capabilities, drive innovation, and align with organizational strategy, but also drives the adoption of innovative solutions, mentors junior analysts, and leads complex initiatives that expand business capabilities and create competitive advantage. This position will assist the Director of IT Applications, Management, and staff in planning, executing, and coordinating projects to deliver solutions in our roadmap and active application portfolio. Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT colleagues to deliver enhancements, support core, secondary, and peripheral systems, and guide the responsible use of AI and emergingtechnologies. Take end-to-end ownership of assigned user-facing applications, serving as the primary contact for business units, managing incidents and enhancements, and ensuring the applications continue to meet business and technical needs.
Compensation:
up to $105,000, commensurate with experience
Accounting Specialist – Billing

Provide end-to-end invoice preparation while accurately and efficiently delivering invoices and other reports in a timely manner.

Senior Security Architect
Location: Honolulu
Supports the strategic development and integration of security controls in a hybrid on-premise and cloud environment (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, etc.). Supports the Security Architecture & Operations team in the implementation of secure business solutions by working with technical and business unit leads to integrate with the companies on-premise infrastructure and/or cloud technology stack. Responsible for defining and executing the strategy for secure cloud services delivery.
Compensation:
$114,000 – $146,000, commensurate with experience
Network Administrator
Location: Honolulu
Provides day-to-day network administration and troubleshooting support. Provides specifications for network architecture and evaluates and recommends new technologies. Diagnoses problems and takes necessary steps to remedy the problem or routes ticket to higher level of support. Works with the IT Manager on planning new projects and takes ownership in the implementation of new network infrastructure components. Provides mentorship to the Network Administrator I position and all Help Desk positions.

Property Management Accountant
Location: Honolulu
This position is responsible for preparing journal entries, maintaining, and reconciling general ledger accounts and reports, preparing variance analyses for the Commercial Real Estate segment (“CRE”), assisting with research projects and ensuring accuracy and compliance to accounting policies and procedures. The position is responsible for the organization and preparation of supporting schedules used within public filings, support provided to auditors and budgeting/forecasting information for financial purposes and enforcing internal controls.
