Senior Microsoft Engineer

Location: Honolulu

Deep expertise in Active Directory (AD) migrations, consolidation, and restructuring. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing large-scale AD transformations, ensuring minimal downtime, maximum security, and seamless integration with related systems.

Finance Manager

Location: Honolulu

Oversee and manage accounting function of the organization’s assets and funds; maintenance of all financial and fiscal records; related information.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP to include variance and trend analysis.

• Lead the annual budgeting process from start to finish.

• Coordinate and lead the external audit and create internal control policies.

• Administrative: Represent the Secretariat and scribe Board of Governors’ meetings, respond to international member requests, maintain business contracts and leases, and GET filing.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting clerk.

Compensation:

$90,000 – $95,000, commensurate with experience

Manager, Internal Audit

Location: Honolulu

Responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on operational, financial, and compliance audits across various business units. This role requires a strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement, particularly within the context of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations and the internal control requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).  

Compensation:

$100,000 – $110,000 commensurate with experience

Property Management Accountant 

Location: Honolulu

This position is responsible for preparing journal entries, maintaining, and reconciling general ledger accounts and reports, preparing variance analyses for the Commercial Real Estate segment (“CRE”), assisting with research projects and ensuring accuracy and compliance to accounting policies and procedures. The position is responsible for the organization and preparation of supporting schedules used within public filings, support provided to auditors and budgeting/forecasting information for financial purposes and enforcing internal controls.

Compensation:

$63,500 – $77,500 commensurate with experience

Network Analyst II

Location: Honolulu

Responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, maintaining, and monitoring infrastructure network segments. Provides production support and assists in developing and executing strategic roadmaps with a focus on network administration and management of associated infrastructure network components and applications (Network devices, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, etc), Monitoring  and Management tools. Network components supported may also include but are not limited to Internet, Third Party Connections, MPLS and VPN connections, and security tools.

Compensation:
 
$72,000 to $93,000 commensurate with experience

Compensation:

Systems Analyst III

Location: Honolulu

Responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, maintaining, and monitoring infrastructure systems/applications.  Provides production support and assists in developing and executing strategic roadmaps with focus on server administration and management of associated infrastructure systems/applications (e.g. Physical Servers, Virtual Server Hosts/Storage, VMWare, Backup Systems).  Systems/applications supported may also include but are not limited to Email, virtual desktop infrastructure, network systems, cloud computing, backup systems and security systems.
