Systems Administrator (new)
This position will provide systems services and support to the activities and resources required to provide quality computer operations processing and system resource management and availability. Will setup, support, and implement, and meet/provide standards for systems facilities, servers, data-backup, workstations, peripherals, infrastructure, related tools, software, and applications. Will troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with local and wide area network environments, including systems monitoring, and network security. Responsible for liaising with hardware and software vendors as well as handling technical support issues. Will troubleshoot PC/server software and coordinate with help desk personnel as required.
IT Infrastructure Analyst
Oversee the enterprise infrastructure and operations activities, which include hardware, operating systems, system software, networks, IT security, telephone systems, on-premises data center, colocation facilities, cloud providers, and disaster recovery.
Business System Support Analyst
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, high severity issues, and production analytics of the Digital Banking Systems which include but not limited to Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Online Account Opening. This includes application support, release management, testing, implementation, issue tracking, and maintenance of existing, new or enhanced computerized systems and business processes.
Systems Support Manager
Identify Opportunities and Solutions
Lead and manage the staff in charge of the technical operational support of all Digital Banking Services, including but not limited to, support for Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Online Account Opening Systems/Platforms. Provide day-to-day leadership in a liaison role between our vendor providers, internal business units, and customer support channels for system/platform changes & release management, issue resolution, system performance, and other on-going project delivery processes.
IT Data Analyst
Work with data from multiple sources (e.g. policy, claims and billing systems) to coordinate the overall resources and processes for data analysis and administration to meet customer requirements and fulfill the information needs of the Company. Assists with research and development of database products and services, data analytics, business intelligence, data warehouse, internal & external reporting. As required, performs special data projects and reports for customers. Develops customized views from databases and collects data according to support corporate decision making at the strategic, tactical and operations levels.
Information Security Analyst
Oversees or participates in planning, developing, implementing, testing, monitoring, and reviewing the information security and security operations programs to protect information assets and mitigate risks for unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse.
Designs, implements, and maintains security solutions/controls to actively detect and mitigate threats. Develops plans, policies, standards, and procedures to support the Information Security Program (ISP). Actively participates in the response and reports all related security events and incidents. Works with technical and business unit staff to ensure that deployed technologies are effectively and efficiently providing the intended security measures/controls consistent with established policies and procedures. As it relates to security, provides production support, maintenance, and monitoring of systems/applications. Delivers security awareness training and management reports as required. Participates and supports IT Governance requirements.
Fulfill or resolve network request or trouble call and complete required documentation (i.e., trouble ticket, network access request, Service Request, etc.). Understand and follow directions and adhere to policies and procedures (i.e., SOX, IT governance, audit, etc.).
Under limited supervision: Lead and coordinate network projects (i.e., firewall, core router/switch, protocols, security, etc.). Work with users and vendors to resolve network connectivity or capacity issues. Capable of recommending and implementing cost reduction solution (i.e., streamline process, reduce or maintain risk, etc.). Support critical network equipment or complex system (i.e., firewall, core router/switch, protocols, security, etc.).
• Supports the development of a multi-year roadmap for HRIS infrastructure and functionality.
• Develops and implements a data analytics capability. Develops and routinely provides standard reports of HR data; creates standardized HR dashboards, which are up to date in real time and available to stakeholders at all times.
• Develops and sustains relationships with both business and other support department leaders, in particular IT as an integral part of HR process improvement initiatives.
• Directly oversees the activities of the HRIS Specialist.
Sr. Planning Engineer
Performs planning and engineering analysis, project, budget, and asset management, evaluation and recommendation of high-level network architecture, projects, programs, initiatives, policies, standards, processes, and methodologies for the development and enhancement of the the telecommunications infrastructure.
