Director of Technology & Infrastructure

Leads  technology strategy and drive innovation within the organization. Responsible for overseeing technology strategy, planning, infrastructure and operations, and partner on software and application strategy and security compliance.

Talent Relations Professional

Location: Honolulu
 

Serves as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) in employee/talent relations.

Collaborates with a cohort Business Partner to liase between HR and selected divisions or sites

Builds and maintains an excellent grasp of all assigned investigations, its needs and requirements,and its challenges.

Communicates regularly with Division leaders regarding assigned investigations, in collaborationwith the cohort Business Partner, and may participate in Division leadership meetings.

Expedites HR response to business requests in a timely manner, and ensures consistency ofresponses across all Divisions—necessitating close and collegial working relationships with all HR Partners and leaders in HR.

Information Security Analyst

Location: Honolulu

Monitor INFOSEC security alerts and reports and prepare basic analyses and offer suggestions; assist with approved IT oversight activities; coordinate annual activities related to Vendor Management/Third Party Risk Management Program, Business Continuity Management, Business Impact Analysis, and other periodic documentation; and act as backup to the ISO on all routine day to day activities.

ERP Business Analyst

Works with the Senior Analyst to identify options for improving business systems and bridges the needs of the business with the use of information technology. Along with the Senior Analyst, works as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to processes, policies and information systems.
• Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Completes analysis to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and works with the IT team to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
